    Coyote Flats does not have any City Building codes or regulations so any code enforcement or permitting is generally at the County level only.



    • Where is the City Hall Located?


    The old City Hall building at 1800 CR415 was recently sold. Coyote Flats is looking into

    relocating City Hall into a new professional services building that will provide an enhanced office space, better suited to long-term needs of Coyote Flats. We are currently meeting at Johnson County Precinct 4 Commissioner’s Office.
