miles with a population of 6,000 people providing fire, rescue, and Emergency Medical Services.

• Does the City of Coyote Flats have any building codes?
Coyote Flats does not have any City Building codes or regulations so any code enforcement or permitting is generally at the County level only.
• Where is the City Hall Located?
The old City Hall building at 1800 CR415 was recently sold. Coyote Flats is looking into
relocating City Hall into a new professional services building that will provide an enhanced office space, better suited to long-term needs of Coyote Flats. We are currently meeting at Johnson County Precinct 4 Commissioner’s Office.
